Evolve Estate Agents
Evolve approached us after seeing the success we’d had transforming other agents. They are an ambitious hybrid estate agent based in Somerset, who required a brand and a revenue generating website to match their innovative approach to property sales.
Branding
We carried out a full brand identity refresh for Evolve. We developed three distinct branding routes each exploring a concept which would set Evolve apart from their competitors whilst visually communicating their values:
- Always look to the future
- Always look to improve the customer experience
- Always look to give customers better value for money
The resulting brand is clean, minimalist, striking and contemporary. We used the colour change in the gradient from the original branding to convey ‘The evolution of estate agency’ and natural colours inspired by the beautiful local Evolve countryside.

Mobile responsive website
We developed a stunning mobile responsive website with simple messaging, easy navigation and intelligently placed calls to action.
We integrated the website with their property feed and presented property particulars in a clean and simple format.
To add some dynamism we added some simple animated effects and applied search optimisation principles to ensure the website would be easily indexed by search engines.
Since launching the website, customer engagement is up and enquiries have increased three fold.
Results
- Enquiries through the site have increased by 300% since launch.
- Increased brand awareness through the new Property Stream designed, eye catching for sale boards and branded literature.
- With the help of Property Stream, Evolve have the creative and digital tools to take their business through the next phase of growth.
